Green Schoolyard Conference Set for 2004

(Winter, 2003)

The SFGSA will produce its second Growing Greener School Grounds Conference on October 8th and 9th, 2004.  The Alliance's first conference in 2002 was an enormous success with over 200 attendees hailing from all over the Bay Area and the United States.  Fourteen workshops - hosted at three San Francisco public schools - with topics ranging from "Create a Bird and Butterfly Garden" to "Brighten up the Schoolyard with Tile Mosaics" - were offered.  The SFGSA plans to build on last year's accomplishments and make the next conference an even greater success.  Mark your calendars.
